Who

Santa! Papa Noel! Father Christmas! Mr. S. Claus! The Big Guy Himself! And your gorgeous family!

What

For THREE days this year, we have Santa at the studio for a festive intro to the 2024 holiday season. Skip the lines, the germs, the hassle of visiting Santa anywhere else and book your time for a personal, private visit and photo session.

Within two weeks you will be emailed a link to a private, sharable gallery where you can view all of the photos from your session.

Your session fee of $149 allows you to select 3 beautifully hand-edited images from your final gallery for download. You will also have the ability to upgrade to purchase additional images from your gallery, and to purchase prints, products, and wall art after our session as well.

Your session fee is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

** The elves are still hard at work on the Santa set, which will be unveiled just before the session. This season’s set will be dark, cozy, and classicly chic!

Your 15 minute appointment window will be shared with just 1 other family, and your visit with Santa will be private, so you will feel no rush and no pressure. Let your children experience the magic of Santa at their own pace.

** Please bring with you a package of diapers, wipes, or a container of formula that will be donated to a local women and children’s charity. Our yearly donations make an incredible impact on our community.

Health & safeTy Information and Precautions:

2024 Santa sessions will be taking place at our indoor studio, with a high quality air purifier running.
Guests will wait in their car until they have been invited to their appointment.
Guests will have access to hand sanitizer before and after their appointment. Bathrooms will be available, but only for emergency situations.
Sick kids (fever, vomiting, excessive coughing in the past 24 hours, positive for Covid) or families will be asked to reschedule their session.
Children will be allowed to sit next to Santa, interact as normal, and Santa will hold non-sitters. Our number one goal is keeping Santa and his visiting friends safe. If you or your children prefer to do your session socially distanced that is always an option!

Please Keep in Mind:

Santa sessions are designed for one immediate family at a time (so, parents and children only - no extended family please!). If you have more than six immediate family members please contact the studio at emily@catandfiddlephotography.com so we can be sure we can accommodate you. If you would like to include friends or extended family members in your session, please book two sessions within the same 15 minute block, or two back to back time slots - then contact the studio to let us know how many people are coming.
Be mindful of your specific appointment time and do not arrive early or late. There isn’t enough space to accommodate a large backup of people due to early or late arrivals.
Your session fee is non-refundable and due at the time of booking. If you have an illness or emergency the day of the event contact the studio via email emily@catandfiddlephotography.com.
The studio has bathrooms available and will be open for emergency situations (we’re parents, we understand!), but no changing or trash facilities. Please arrive photo-ready, and remember to take all items you brought with you when you leave.
While Santa is a magical, exciting, fun experience for kids, it can also be a little overwhelming - especially for shy toddlers or first-timers. Every effort will be made to encourage excited, genuine smile from your children; both Santa and the photographer have tricks up our sleeves.

Quick Q&A:

Q: If I want to purchase more than the 3 photos included in the package, can I do that? How much will that cost? A: Yes! You can purchase additional single images for $59, or the whole gallery for $169. You don’t have to decide on any of that until you have an opportunity to see all the photos in your gallery.

Q: Will you tell me exactly where to go? What to do? A: Absolutely! In the week before our session you'll receive an email with all of the session information, including specific directions, parking information and some tips to make the session even more magical.

Q: I want to buy prints after our session. Can I do that through you? A: Yes! Prints, wall art, gifts, albums - I sell it all! Everything will be available for purchase through your private gallery.

Q: Tell me about holiday cards. Can I order these through you? A: You can! Clients will have access to my Minted storefront, including a special discount code for all Cat and the Fiddle Photography customers. From there you can access Minted’s entire catalog of designs (and your saved address list!), and see special photographer selections. Look for an email with information about how to access your photos about a week after your final gallery is delivered.
