BEACH SESSIONS
WHY A BEACH SESSION VS. OTHER LOCATIONS?
This one is easy; the beach is fun! I don’t know about you, but my family completely relaxes at the beach. We kick off our shoes, breathe a little slower and deeper, and smile a little bigger. All those things lead to natural, comfortable photos of your family that exude happiness.
WHEN SHOULD I CONTACT YOU TO BOOK MY BEACH SESSION?
You should book your beach session as early as you can; if it’s a vacation session, as soon as you secure your vacation dates. Every effort will be made to fit your session in if you have a last-minute booking request, so it never hurts to ask. But it’s best to avoid that stress by getting your request and session fee in early.
DO YOU DO EXTENDED FAMILY SESSIONS?
Yes! I LOVE extended family sessions. Capturing the connections between generations (especially grandparents and grandchildren) is one of my very favorite things.
HOW LONG WILL MY BEACH SESSION TAKE?
A typical beach session lasts about one to two hours. We take breaks for laughing and goofing off, to make sure everyone is having a good time and is relaxed, and we always follow the kids’ lead.
WHAT TIME OF DAY WILL OUR SESSION BE?
I shoot my beach sessions around sunset or sunrise. Most people choose an evening, sunset session, but let me know if you're morning people - we can take advantage of that gorgeous morning light.
